Rent a 30 square meters army tent for 12 people. The price includes the DAE crew setting up and taking down the tent.
So you actually just have to move in and clean up after yourself when the event ends.

The tent is 30 square meters and is 6 meters long and 5 meters wide. The side height is 175 cm and the center height is 320 cm. The tent is designed so that 12 people can sleep in the tent, with a sleeping area of 100 x 220 cm per person, where there is still room to walk through the tent. The tent has built-in ventilation in the roof, and has mosquito nets in all windows. Be aware that there is no bottom in the tent. But it is possible to put a tarp on the ground.
