Change of ownership on ticket

If you've been unable to attend the event, you have the option to sell your ticket to another individual. The resale details must be updated in DAE's system with the new owner's information. Please note that DAE charges a 10 Euro fee for transferring ownership.

To initiate the change of ownership process, please fill out our 'Change of Ownership Form' and send it to our payment team at payment@dae-hq.dk. Once we've received the form and the change of ownership fee, it may take up to 14 days to complete the transfer. Therefore, we do not accept change of ownership requests within 14 days of the event.
